I’m Renee, a creative producer, director, and the founder of Cocktail Creative. I’ve spent my life in the arts, first as a performer and now as a producer, driven by a passion to bring bold ideas to life and create work that connects people through music, movement, and shared experience.

My career began as a professional dancer, taking me from international stages in Macau to five years performing with Carnival Cruise Lines, where I was appointed Dance Captain on my first contract. Alongside performing, I built a strong foundation in event management, which naturally led me into producing, a space where my creative vision and practical know-how could finally merge.

In 2021, I debuted my first production, Playback – 80s Pop Show, at Adelaide Fringe, which received 5-star reviews and the John Chataway Award for Innovation. The following year I created Arcadia – Bohemian Cabaret, which earned the Best Emerging Producer Award. I then moved into company management, touring nationally as Deputy Company Manager with The Australian Ballet, where I worked behind the scenes with some of the world’s leading creatives and gained invaluable insight into large-scale touring and production.

Through Cocktail Creative, I now focus on two things: creating original productions that celebrate imagination, individuality, and connection, and supporting artists, companies, and festivals with freelance producing and creative services. Collaboration is at the heart of what I do, and I thrive on working with others to transform ambitious ideas into unforgettable live experiences.
